I spent my childhood in Wyoming, where I attended Holy Rosary Elementary School.  We waited every year for the Father's Day weekend full of garage sales and bacon burgers hosted by the local Firefighters, then into the summer waiting for the Plympton-Wyoming Fall Fair.  I graduated as an Ontario scholar in 1998 from St. Patrick's High School, which is where I discovered my enthusiasum for science.  My undergraduate post-secondary education began at the University of Toronto, completing two years before transferring to the University of Western Ontario.  Here, I completed my Honours Bachelor of Science degree and was awarded the gold medal for achieving the highest graduating average in my program.

I realized I was interested in persuing a profession which combined my strong background in science with my desire to help people.  Thus, I was accepted into the Faculty of Dentistry at Western, graduating with my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006.  During this time I was awarded the Centennial Orthodontic and Paediatric Award, and the Dr. Donald MacLean Award in Oral Radiology.

Returning to Sarnia to practice dentistry was of great importance to me, as it has allowed me to stay close to my family.  I am happy to be a member of L'Heritage Family Dentistry, and being able to work with such an experienced and supportive team.  I am actively involved in continuing education...in all areas of dentistry  including laser therapy, oral cancer detection, cosmetic makeovers and more.

Outside of the practice, I have a passion for travelling and experiencing new cultures.  I also enjoy photography, reading, cooking and spending time outdoors.  My husband and I are proud owners of two over enthusiastic dogs, one is a yellow Labrador named Buckley and the second is a Greater Swiss Mountain dog named Corbin.

In closing, I look forward to many more memorable years as a part of the amazing team at L'Heritage Family Dentistry, and most of all working with our great patients to maintain their optimal dental health!
