I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Georgian College in Toronto in 1989 and have been part of our team since 1991. Throughout these years, I have appreciated the experience of continuing education on many different levels, as we continually improve and expand our office with new technology.

My husband and I have 3 children, Gracie, Emily, and Hayden. In our spare time, we enjoy boating and family vacations.

At Dr. Karen Davis Dentistry, the focus of our hygiene team is promoting and maintaining optimal dental health. From teaching oral hygiene techniques to assessing and providing extensive periodontal and laser therapy, we provide thorough care to meet all of our patients’ needs.

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduating from Baker College in Michigan in 2014, where my passion for dental hygiene blossomed! It’s a full-circle moment for me because Dr. Milne was my very first dentist as a young girl! Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many familiar faces, and I’m proud to be the senior hygienist on our amazing team. I’m always eager to stay updated with new dental innovations and engage in continuing education to keep abreast of the latest developments, ensuring that I provide our patients with the best care possible!

When it comes to helping our patients, I strive to make every visit a positive experience! I focus on educating them about their oral health, explaining treatments in a way that’s easy to understand, and providing tips for maintaining a bright, healthy smile at home. My goal is to empower each patient, making them feel comfortable and confident during their visits.

Outside the office, I am kept on my toes by my three busy boys, Ryan, Trent, and Austin. When not juggling work and family, you can find me at the arena, baseball diamond, or golf course, soaking up all the fun and chaos!

I have always had an interest and passion in helping people, which is why I pursued a career within the dental field. I attended Fanshawe College, initially to become a Certified Dental Assistant. After receiving my certificate as a Level 2 Dental Assistant I decided I would continue with my education and apply for the Dental Hygiene program. In 2014 I officially graduated with an advanced diploma in Dental Hygiene.
Almost immediately following graduation, I volunteered for a humanitarian trip to Guatemala to provide dental hygiene services and education to those in need. This experience has become my drive to provide the best quality care possible to my clients and to advocate for those experiencing lack of access to care.
In my spare time I enjoy learning to play guitar, the outdoors and most of all spending time with family, friends and travelling.

I have had an extensive career in dentistry. I graduated from Dental Assisting at George Brown College and worked a few years before graduating from St. Clair College in Windsor as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Most of my many years of dental hygiene experience were in a periodontal specialty office.
In 2010 I graduated from George Brown College as a Registered Restorative Dental Hygienist.
I recently joined Dr. Karen Davis’ office in September 2021 and am thrilled to be a part of this incredible team of like-minded professionals who thrive on continuing education and bringing excellence within their clinical care daily.
Dr. Karen’s team feels like family, valuing every patient tremendously. I look forward to meeting you at our office!
